All items ship from the U.S.A.

Domestic Shipping Policy:
Free USPS Domestic Shipping for Orders of $199 or more.

Worldwide Shipping Policy:
Buyer pays DHL Express Worldwide Shipping for all other Countries and Territories.

Worldwide Duties, Taxes, Tariffs and other Import Fees:
Any fees levied at the destination Country by Customs, or added by the Shipping Company, will be the responsibility of the buyer before delivery. Contact will be made by those Agencies via phone and/or email using what was provided at the time of purchase.

Packages that are refused by the buyer, or not responded to in a timely fashion, will be returned instead of destroyed if possible. Returned items will be refunded minus the cost of the original shipping fee, the return shipping fee and any other charges added by the Customs office.

If the package is destroyed by Customs due to lack of communication from the buyer, a refund will not be issued.
